New York State Death Index Available
Reclaim the Records has created a mini-website -  with a database that is searchable using natural language - for the New York State death records they recently won in a Freedom of Information Act lawsuit. The database contains more than 10.5 million records with basic genealogical data, spanning 1880-2017.
