This cemetery is very old, likely dating to the mid-1880s. Access and parking is very adequate. This moderately-sized cemetery, with more than 355 marked graves, is well-kept and easy to navigate. The land was donated for this church, a school, and the cemetery, by A.D. Beck about 1887. The school is no longer there. The oldest marked grave is dated 1888. Mr. Henry Beck, grandson of the donor, and Mrs. Joyce Coleman were kind enough to assist in furnishing information for the 1984 survey, which was performed by members of the WFGS, and published in the Society's Gravestone Registery, Volume I.
A number of graves have small sandstone markers. The church purchased these to mark the locations of known, though unmarked, graves, so there could be no confusion later. The church takes pride in its cemetery upkeep, and it shows. It is surrounded by a chainlink fence, which would be roughly 260' x 230', except for a niched-out area on the SW side. Kevin Gibson is pastor in 2006.
